Stock Certificate Vault is a personal storage app that helps users record and manage stock holding information in the style of classic paper stock certificates.

Information Stored by the App

The app may store the following information on your device or in a backup or sync location you choose.

• Company name, ticker, and market information
• Share quantity, average cost, current price, currency, and exchange rate
• Notes entered by the user
• Transaction records entered by the user

Storage Location

By default, this information is stored locally on your device. The initial version of the app does not provide a developer-operated user account system, developer-operated cloud database, or brokerage account connection.

Network Use

The app may request public market price data when you refresh current prices or when automatic refresh runs while the app is open.

• Korean listed securities: the app attempts to refresh current prices based on public market data.
• Foreign or private securities: if public price data is unavailable, the app may preserve manually entered prices.

Price refresh may fail or show delayed or inaccurate data depending on the external data source, response format, outages, rate limits, or security characteristics.

In-App Purchase Features

Features such as app lock, Face ID unlock, dividend local alerts, style controls, and certificate layout adjustment may be provided as in-app purchase features. If offered, the app will explain them in the purchase flow. Face ID biometric data is handled by Apple’s device security system and is not collected or stored directly by the app.

Stock Certificate Vault is a record-keeping and storage app. Valuation amounts, return rates, and current prices shown in the app should not be interpreted as investment advice, buy or sell recommendations, or profit guarantees.

Third-Party Sharing

The app does not sell your holding records to third parties or transmit them to a developer-operated server. Ticker symbols or security identifiers may be requested from external data services when refreshing current prices.
